Our network technician identified the problem and was able to implement a fix. All service have been restored and we are all the wiser for this experience.
11/25/25 – Network Outage in Canada – POST RESOLUTION UPDATE
The outage was resolved after an electrical equipment swap at the site. All connections came back up about a day and a half after the
