Power Outage on Orcas – 9/8/22

There is a large power outage that is affecting Orcas Island’s entire western side, which has affected our broadcasters that serve the greater Eastsound area and the Rosario area.  OPALCO is currently undertaking repairs and estimates the power will be back up within 4 hours.  We are monitoring our network management site to ensure the system returns to full operation when power is restored.
