A backhaul connection that serves people on northern Orcas has stopped responding to us. We are currently investigating the issue.

11/25/25 – Network Outage in Canada – POST RESOLUTION UPDATE

The outage was resolved after an electrical equipment swap at the site. All connections came back up about a day and a half after the

Troubleshooting the issue is still ongoing. We are working on getting a local technician to analyze the equipment onsite.
