County-wide Power Outage – 9/15-16/22 – DEBRIEF

Our system resumed normal operation after power was restored on the morning of the 16th, with one exception.  Our broadcaster that serves Lummi Island and parts of northern Orcas Island failed to power up due to a faulty piece of equipment onsite.  That equipment has been replaced and our connection to Lummi is now functioning properly.
