Golf Estates Local Outage – 2021-09-10
Our Golf Estates Access Point went down a little before noon. The cause of the outage is still under investigation.
Lopez Power Outage RESTORED – 2021-08-12
Power has been restored to our access points on Lopez, and all affected sites on Blakely and Orcas should have full connectivity again.
Lopez Power Outage – 2021-08-12
An unexpected power outage on north Lopez has taken down our repeaters that serve southern Orcas and parts of Blakely. It appears to have occurred just after 4 pm. At this point OPALCO has not given us a restoration time. We are monitoring the situation.
Orcas to Blakely/South Orcas Outage RESOLVED – 2021-07-29
A tech visit to the outage site revealed a failed power supply caused the issue. The defective device has been removed and power restored, all internet connections should be up and running.
Orcas to Blakely Outage – 2021-07-29
One of our backbone links from Orcas to Blakely and some sections of Orcas has gone down. The issue is currently under investigation.
Saturna link restored – 2021-07-29
We had a power failure at our access point hub on Saturna island. Power was restored around 8:30 last night and the system appears to be operating properly. We will continue to monitor the devices’ performance throughout the day.
